Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions to these challenges, the value of these solutions, and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile, and resilient enterprise and function operating models that embrace the future of work and new skills.
• Build organizations from the top down and bottom’s up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Innovate advanced shared service / global business services methods as a key enabler of new operating models and organization designs.
• Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to design to activation to optimization, bridging functions and integrating across the enterprise.
• Integrate across Accenture to bring the best thinking and leadership across technology, operations, GenAI & data & analytics as a true end-to-end partner.
• Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
• Develop relationships with clients as a trusted expert and influencer to clients with a long-term mindset.
• Harvest and build thought leadership, assets, and best practices.
• Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity.
• Mentor junior members of the team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow.
• Travel as required, 80% - 100%

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Strategy & Design, Shared Services Strategy & Design, Client Relationship Building and Management, Value Architecture & Realization, Storytelling, Data analysis & insights generation
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience

Bonus points if you have experience working in or consulting with the Energy industry, an MBA or equivalent graduate degree, or experience in leadership strategy, job and role design, end-to-end enterprise or function transformation implementation, strategic cost reduction, growth strategy, M&A, private equity, managed service providers, or digital organization design tools.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organization strategy and design, operating model strategy and design, and shared services strategy and design. They will also have excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to lead teams and develop relationships with clients.

Skills

The ideal candidate will have skills in data analysis and insights generation, storytelling, and value architecture and realization. They will also have experience with digital organization design tools and be familiar with leadership strategy, job and role design, and end-to-end enterprise or function transformation implementation.

Pay

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The annual salary range for this role is $87,400 to $253,000, depending on the location.

Schedule

The role requires travel as required, 80% - 100%.
