Enterprise New Logo Business Developer, LHH CTM NA (remote/global)
LHH Career Transition & Mobility is the world's number one provider of enterprise outplacement, career transition, and talent mobility solutions — the category leader, operating across more than 60 countries. The product has exceptional market fit, industry-leading client retention, and a winning track record in competitive enterprise deals.
About the role
The Enterprise New Business Developer will join a winning team and be responsible for the acquisition of large, global, complex enterprise accounts headquartered in North America. This role is designed for an experienced enterprise sales leader ready to operate with full commercial ownership, a clearly defined territory, executive backing, and undivided focus. The individual appointed will be the founding commercial leader of a newly established enterprise function in North America, equipped with the resources to build something significant.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close net new global enterprise accounts headquartered in North America, with annual contract values in the mid-six-figure to mid-seven-figure range.
- Operate at the CHRO, CPO, and C-suite level within North America’s largest employers, building strategic, multi-year partnerships.
- Define and execute a territory strategy across North America’s most significant enterprise accounts, including named account prioritizations, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity assessment.
- Spend approximately 50% of your time in front of clients — across North America and internationally — to build presence and credibility for winning large, complex deals.
- Partner with a dedicated SDR assigned exclusively to your territory, jointly owning pipeline generation and account penetration strategy.
- Serve as the founding commercial seller of a newly established enterprise function in North America, with a defined path to team leadership or senior individual contributor track based on performance and ambition.
- Deliver a named account territory plan within the first 90 days, covering top 20 accounts, stakeholder maps, competitive positioning, and quarterly prioritization.
- Set the strategic direction for your dedicated SDR's outbound activity, owning joint account penetration plans and weekly meeting targets.
Requirements
- A proven enterprise sales background with 10+ years of B2B experience and a demonstrated track record of winning and closing net new deals in the high-six-figure to mid-seven-figure range within complex, multi-stakeholder, global organizations.
- Deep experience selling into HR as a buying center, including navigating CHRO, CPO, and VP-level procurement decisions and understanding how enterprise HR investments are funded and approved.
- A genuine hunter mentality, with most of your career spent opening and winning net new enterprise accounts. You thrive in white space and prefer a focused hunting mandate over a divided hunting/farming role.
- Executive presence and commercial credibility, with the ability to build relationships that precede opportunities at this deal size and seniority level.
- Strong blend of art and science in sales — connecting with people while maintaining rigor, rhythm, and cadence in the selling process.
Location & Travel
This role is based in New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, or another major metropolitan hub. Approximately 50% travel is required, including domestic and international trips to meet clients, attend executive forums, and participate in industry events. Professional working proficiency in English is required.
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability.
- Additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and wellness plans.
- 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
- Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis, paid holidays, and up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave.
Pay
Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $210,000 plus commission. Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
