Enterprise Monitoring and Operations Support Lead

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise monitoring, NOC operations, or IT operations management
• Familiarity with DevOps/Agile methodologies and ITIL-based service management processes
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience providing Tier 3 technical support in enterprise environments
• Experience researching, designing, developing, running tests, and evaluating computer hardware
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Clearance: Must be eligible for a Public Trust (NRC IT-1)

• Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
• Amount of Travel: 10%

Wage Information

Target salary range: $110,000 - $135,000
