Enterprise Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Implementation Specialist for a remote contract opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for a customer-focused implementation professional who enjoys helping enterprise clients adopt software successfully, build confidence, and achieve long-term value from technology solutions. The Enterprise Implementation Specialist will guide new enterprise customers through onboarding, training, adoption planning, support, and ongoing success during the implementation phase. Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer implementations, including onboarding, training, adoption planning, and follow-up to support long-term success.
• Partner with account managers, technical specialists, support teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and fulfilled.
• Facilitate training webinars, customer meetings, and implementation sessions that help users become confident and self-sufficient.
• Manage customer support tickets, emails, phone calls, product questions, and issue resolution with professionalism and urgency.
• Track customer activities, conversations, feedback, usage insights, and implementation progress accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Identify customer risks, expansion opportunities, upsells, professional services needs, and subscription tier increases when appropriate.

Pay

Contract/temporary opportunity. Pay range: $36 to $40 per hour. Remote role in Dallas, TX.
