About the role

We're looking for a skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to lead mission-critical deployments and help companies unlock the full value of their ERP systems in South Bend and Mishawaka, IN. This role can be office-based or remote/work from home, with travel required for different implementation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP system implementation, configuration, and customization
• Analyze business processes and align them with ERP functionalities
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems
• Provide training and support to employees
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and enhance performance
• Ensure post-implementation monitoring and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO, or Acumatica)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A background in Finance or Accounting is a plus

Pay

$85k - $110k depending on experience.
