Enterprise Fraud Specialist 3- Team Leader

About the Role

Under general supervision, the Process Team Leader Senior - OPS performs the most complex clerical assignments, serving as the Team Leader while also handling daily team responsibilities. This role ensures exceptional customer service, problem resolution, and strong working relationships with critical operations business partners.

Responsibilities

• Receives, classifies, reconciles, interprets, consolidates, maintains, and/or summarizes records, files, or documents.
• Compiles complex reports drawing data from a wide range of sources.
• Exchanges information and resolves moderately complex problems by researching solutions.
• Coordinates related activities within an assigned area.
• Distributes, assigns, reviews, and/or supervises workflow.
• Handles difficult problems and confers with supervisor regarding unusual cases.
• Fully cross-trains to perform various functions in the area and ensures cross-training of others.
• Takes ownership of customer service, ensuring completion of problem resolution.
• Serves as the escalation point for service-related issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1+ year of financial-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools.

Work Arrangement

This is an office-based role with potential for a flexible work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work. Specific arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.

Pay

Compensation range: $22.00 - $41.50 hourly. Actual compensation will vary based on location, experience, and education. Eligible for an applicable incentive compensation plan.
