Enterprise EOC Console Operator

Position Overview

Monitor batch processes for errors, timely initiation and successful completions.

Monitor file transmissions for errors, timely initiation and successful completions.

Monitor the infrastructure supporting CMA applications for availability, error conditions and capacity utilization issues, including servers, network devices, storage, circuits, operating systems, databases, etc.

Monitor the Data Center’s air conditioning, electrical and fire suppression systems for availability, error conditions and capacity utilization issues.

Dispatch technicians, vendors and/or management when an incident and/or problem is detected or reported.

Record, categorize, and assign incidents, problems and/or requests as reported and/or detected.

Assist in the development of console operations knowledge articles.

Execute and prepare management reports.

Preferred Skills

• A degree related to Computer Science or any Information Technology (IT) certifications.
• Basic knowledge of the IT configuration for a typical Data Warehouse.
• Experience working and communicating as part of a team.

Work Hours

Monday: 12pm to 8pm
Tuesday: 12 pm to 8pm
Saturday: 12 pm to 12 am
Sunday: 12 pm to 12 am
