RevolutionParts is a pioneering force in automotive eCommerce, empowering automotive brands to maximize online sales through streamlined, user-friendly solutions. Our commitment to technology, top-notch customer service, and deep understanding of the automotive market sets us apart. Join our dynamic team of Revolutionaries to help transform the eCommerce space for automotive parts and accessories.

About the Role

As the Enterprise eCommerce Strategist, Lead, you will own the digital eCommerce strategy and growth for RevolutionParts' largest enterprise accounts. This role partners with a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) and is personally accountable for all digital media efforts across two flagship clients. You will act as the strategic business partner for these clients' digital marketing efforts—setting the growth strategy, building the plan and budget, and orchestrating internal agency resources to execute and hit targets. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for delivery, ensuring the right work is scoped, prioritized, and shipped across the agency team while tracking revenue and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead relationships: Accountable for digital media outcomes and leading relationships with external stakeholders, including leading calls, creating weekly/monthly/quarterly content, and executing ad hoc requests.
  • Influence: Drive initiatives forward across a matrixed organization with multiple internal and external touchpoints, even without sole accountability for outcomes.
  • Account strategy: Own the eCommerce growth strategy for two flagship enterprise clients, serving as their primary strategic advisor and business partner.
  • Planning & budgets: Build annual and quarterly business plans and budgets across revenue, gross margin, product mix, and marketing mix—tracking actuals against plan and course-correcting as needed.
  • Delivery & project management: Direct and coordinate internal agency resources (merchandising, digital marketing, creative, site/product) to execute the plan, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope.
  • Forecasting & reporting: Maintain a regular forecasting and reporting cadence, including weekly pacing against targets, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Report account performance, risks, and outlook to leadership and clients.
  • Expanding services: Identify and drive opportunities to expand the scope of services within each account, building the case for additional programs and partnering on scope/SOW expansion to grow agency revenue share.
  • Escalation & account health: Serve as the escalation point for owned accounts, proactively managing account health, resolving delivery or client issues, and engaging internal resources to keep relationships and numbers on track.
  • Refining playbooks: Continuously refine and improve strategist playbooks, processes, and standards for running enterprise accounts, capturing best practices and raising the quality bar.

How Success Is Measured

  • Budgets built and delivered on time.
  • Client satisfaction score (CSAT).
  • Hitting financial targets and forecasts.
  • Driving expansion of agency services within the account base.
  • Growing RevolutionParts' agency revenue share from each client by a minimum of 10% year over year.
  • Growing client GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) by 10–30% year over year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field, with a strong preference for automotive industry knowledge.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce strategy/account management, with a track record of owning large/enterprise client relationships accountable to revenue and margin targets.
  • Strong project management skills—coordinating multi-stakeholder, cross-functional work to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Experience owning a budget and forecasting/reporting performance to leadership and clients.
  • Commercial instinct for identifying and closing service/scope expansion opportunities.
  • Solid proficiency in data analytics and performance management via data and insights.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, especially multi-channel marketing and marketing mix optimization.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and analytics platforms, plus demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools as part of day-to-day work.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, from the analyst to the C-Suite level.
