About the Role
This senior role serves as a trusted advisor to a select portfolio of strategically important healthcare customers. You will own enterprise-level account strategy, connecting equipment, services, digital solutions, and clinical capabilities into unified customer roadmaps. The position requires strong executive presence and the ability to influence C-suite and hospital leaders through complex, high-value decisions. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, shape enterprise opportunities, and create differentiated customer experiences. Success will be measured through customer value, growth, funnel health, win rates, share of wallet, and disciplined commercial execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year enterprise account strategies aligned with customer priorities, connecting imaging, clinical technology, services, digital solutions, and other capabilities into cohesive strategic roadmaps.
- Translate account strategies into quarterly priorities, opportunity plans, and clear actions that customer-facing teams can execute.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior healthcare leaders, anticipating evolving needs and influencing customer decision-making.
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, coordinating engagement across regional, global, segment, and frontline sales teams.
- Orchestrate internal resources to address customer priorities, resolve challenges, and deliver a consistent, differentiated customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams around account priorities, establishing clear responsibilities, operating cadences, and accountability for outcomes.
- Identify and shape complex enterprise opportunities and collaborate with solution teams to develop large-scale strategic deals and partnership models.
- Drive cross-segment alignment to improve win rates, deal velocity, customer confidence, and long-term strategic value.
- Own enterprise account funnel health and conversion, monitoring metrics such as strategic opportunity pipeline, share of wallet, visibility, and win rate.
- Maintain strong commercial discipline, protecting customer value and pricing integrity while avoiding unnecessary relationship-based discounting.
- Hold internal stakeholders accountable for outcomes affecting strategic customer relationships, including issue resolution, cash collection, service delivery, and other commitments.
- Escalate and resolve complex issues through appropriate influence and organizational channels while maintaining strong executive-level relationships.
- Present complex clinical, technical, commercial, and strategic information clearly and persuasively to senior decision-makers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience across medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical or technical modality expertise, clinical technology leadership, or hospital administration in imaging; alternatively, 8+ years of relevant medical sales experience.
- Demonstrated success presenting complex information and strategic recommendations to healthcare or hospital C-suite executives and other senior decision-makers.
- Proven ability to develop account-level strategies and align multiple stakeholder groups around shared customer and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leading direct teams and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong ability to orchestrate complex stakeholder environments, resolve competing priorities, and successfully shape outcomes.
- Experience developing enterprise-level opportunities and coordinating multiple solution or service teams is strongly preferred.
- Ability to operate beyond traditional product categories and engage with digital solutions, SaaS offerings, precision care strategies, and broader healthcare transformation opportunities.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic influencing skills.
- Ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into actionable commercial and operational strategies.
- Highly collaborative and customer-focused, with the judgment and organizational awareness required to navigate large, complex healthcare environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Candidates must reside within the assigned geography of Wisconsin or Iowa.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
