About the role

Our Sales Team is the engine of our business, the driver for growth, and the role of the Sales Executive is key to our continued success. It all starts with getting to know our product and the market. Working closely with our Lead Generators to research, identify, and engage new prospects. Using your savvy and sales acumen to nurture interest, book and deliver software demonstrations and manage qualified opportunities to a successful sale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise B2B sales or business development experience
  • Consistent record of hitting targets and generating new sales revenue
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong team player who will work closely with your colleagues
  • Confidence in a target-driven environment, tenacious with the motivation to exceed expectations
  • Always Be Curious - you are always asking the right questions of prospects, colleagues and yourself
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, confident and comfortable with talking to stakeholders of all levels on the phone, email or face-to-face
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion and the Digital world

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 companies
  • Experience working with federal, state, or local government customers
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and RFP responses
  • Experience using CRM Platforms
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, or similar enterprise sales methodologies
  • Experience with sales intelligence platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Cognism

Success Measures

  • Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Generate a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with executive decision-makers
  • Successfully close new enterprise accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting
  • Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Location

Hybrid working set-up. Remote 2 days per week and 3 days in Reston, VA office. (Sunset Hills Area)

Remuneration

Salary - reflective of experience (Base + OTE) Uncapped - Commission

Schedule

8 hour shift Monday to Friday
