About the role
This role is designed for experienced B2B sales professionals who understand how to prospect into enterprise-level organizations, execute targeted outbound outreach campaigns, build relationships through persistence and professionalism, navigate long and complex sales cycles, and create opportunities through thoughtful communication and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-level B2B opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting
- Execute highly targeted outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and manage thoughtful multi-touch sales cadences
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover operational, compliance, and process-related pain points
- Effectively communicate Advantax's value proposition in a consultative and professional manner
- Build long-term relationships with finance and tax leaders across multiple industries
- Manage and nurture accounts through extended sales cycles
- Maintain highly organized CRM documentation and follow-up activity within Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership on account strategy and pipeline development
- Participate in ongoing coaching, roleplay, and NEPQ-based consultative sales training
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or business development experience
- Proven experience prospecting into business decision makers and executive leadership
- Experience managing longer sales cycles and multi-touch follow-up processes
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and relationship development
- Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- Strong time management, organization, and CRM discipline
- Comfortable receiving coaching and operating within a team-oriented sales culture
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
