Responsibilities

  • Hunt for Net-New Business
  • Create & Convert Pipeline
  • Leverage tools like ZoomInfo and industry insights to build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
  • Sell Strategic ITAD Solutions
  • Position the value of ITAD programs—including cost optimization, compliance, and sustainability impact
  • Engage Senior Decision-Makers
  • Build relationships with IT, procurement, and finance leaders responsible for asset lifecycle and refresh strategies
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and bring net-new partners into the ITAD ecosystem
  • Leverage Platform Insights
  • Use Xvantage™ data and analytics to uncover opportunities and guide partner adoption
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate deal velocity and customer onboarding

Requirements

  • Proven success in hunter/outbound sales or business development roles
  • Experience selling into large enterprise organizations (Fortune 500 or similar)
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, asset lifecycle, or technology solutions
  • Ability to confidently engage technical and business stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills—you build trust quickly and influence decisions
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and translating complex concepts into value-driven messaging
  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, build-mode environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a similar role
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events

Pay

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $69,500.00 - $118,200.00 per year.
