Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support the Banner Student Information System (SIS) and related enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Banner and other campus systems using APIs, web services, and modern integration technologies.
- Administer and support the University's student portal, intranet, and related web applications.
- Configure and maintain authentication services and enterprise application environments.
- Analyze and resolve application, integration, and data issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with campus departments to understand business needs and develop technical solutions.
- Work with software vendors to implement upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Provide technical documentation, end-user support, and training.
- Participate in enterprise application projects from planning through implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Two years of relevant professional experience supporting enterprise applications or comparable enterprise technology environments.
