About the role
We're looking for individuals with prior experience in IT staffing, including roles such as technical recruitment, account management, business development, delivery leadership, or a combination thereof. This role is ideal for technical recruiters transitioning into sales, junior sales professionals seeking more responsibility, account coordinators or delivery professionals ready to take on client relationships, and staffing professionals with a deep understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Represent Overture at industry events and conferences
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals
Requirements
- Prior experience in IT staffing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of IT staffing principles and practices
- Passion for enterprise account management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT staffing or sales
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering solutions
