About the role
This is a full-cycle AE role where you'll generate your own leads through prospecting, networking, and partnerships while also working qualified inbound opportunities. You'll work directly with our CEO and founding team to establish our healthcare sales motion and co-create our partnership strategy.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads by using outbound automation tools, traditional cold outreach, and networking to build a robust pipeline
- Execute enterprise sales cycles to close 6+ figure deals with healthcare organizations, navigating compliance and procurement hurdles
- Develop sales playbooks with competitive positioning and repeatable sales processes for the healthcare vertical
- Establish strategic partnerships with channel partners to accelerate customer acquisition
- Manage sales operations and pricing including pipeline management, forecasting, and enterprise pricing strategies that scale
- Represent Amigo at industry events (including healthcare and AI conferences) to establish market leadership
Requirements
- A track record of closing large enterprise deals
- Deep selling experience at a single company with a proven track record of success
- Founding AE experience building sales from scratch at an early-stage company
- Full-cycle sales experience including lead generation, prospecting, and closing
- Technical product sales experience (ideally healthcare SaaS or enterprise software)
- Strong metrics orientation with systematic approach to pipeline and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Passion for building reliable systems that can transform healthcare delivery
