About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll use a customer-first approach to bring our complete portfolio of secure, reliable connectivity solutions to businesses of all sizes. This field-based position requires a minimum of three or more years in technical, B2B outside sales, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target markets, industries and contacts
  • Educate prospective customers about our product and service portfolio
  • Develop prospective solutions and deliver demos, product proposals, and presentations aligned to customer needs
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach including phone calls, premise visits, networking and participation in industry events
  • Qualify leads and initiate site surveys to determine serviceability, submitting ROI analyses to sales management
  • Maintain accurate sales records in required databases to track activity and customer information
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless transition and ongoing retention of sold accounts
  • Persistently partner with internal business services teams such as sales engineering, support and marketing to maximize sales effectiveness
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum processes and offerings

Requirements

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 3+ years of business-to-business quota-bearing sales or equivalent sales experience
  • Skills: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; demonstrated networking, negotiation and closing skills

Skills

  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems including SalesForce
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, ShowPad, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience in outside B2B sales territory management

Pay

The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Schedule

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll usually be working during standard business hours but have the flexibility to manage your time.
