Enterprise Account Executive - Managed Solutions
About the Role
Responsible for the development of territories and driving the sales of Comcast Business strategic products and solutions in new markets. Focuses on the acquisition and management of mid-market and enterprise, multi-location commercial customers through direct and partner channels. Designs and delivers live sales presentations, develops client and community relationships, and positions the Comcast Business brand as a key component of the sales strategy.
This position is virtual, based out of the Greater Phoenix market, and will require some days in office.
Responsibilities
- Develops the strategy of the sales territory, including identifying strategic partnerships, planning territory growth, and cultivating local partnerships and organizational affiliations.
- Actively researches and generates new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Promotes and positions the Comcast brand within the territory.
- Builds relationships and drives alignment and regular communication between key go-to-market (GTM) partners.
- Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations to strategic prospective clients, demonstrating knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
- Sells with goals of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
- Stays abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
- Retains customer base by delivering on the Comcast credo, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Maintains and builds customer relationships to drive retention.
- Works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation and follow-up skills.
- Maintains accurate and quality sales records and prepares sales and activity reports as required.
- Attends out-of-office meetings with customers regularly, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills, including presenting, persuading, and negotiating.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Network Design, SDWAN, and Network Security.
- Familiar with MAN technologies and designs, including WDM, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Voice Network Technologies (including VoIP), Data Networking Technologies (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN), Networking Protocols (with emphasis on Layers 1, 2, & 3), Customer Premise Equipment (voice & data), Cybersecurity, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- In-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in selling complex solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to determine own work priorities.

Pay
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
