About the role
The Enrollment Systems Specialist serves as the technical lead for the enrollment communications platform, overseeing its configuration, administration, and enhancements. This role includes managing data extensions, communication journeys, reports, and email sends, while also building and maintaining complex forms integrated with the CRM.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer the enrollment communications platform, staying updated on new features and releases.
- Develop and enhance the communications platform to meet divisional needs, including building and maintaining data extensions, communication journeys, reports, email sends, and automations.
- Create and manage scheduled email sends and time-sensitive ad-hoc communications, ensuring correct functionality and audience targeting.
- Manage CRM data using ETL tools, ensuring accurate data mapping and conditional logic across all data collection workflows.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of standard operating procedures, training guides, and system workflows to support staff onboarding and ongoing user enablement.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail, comfortable interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, and capable of simplifying complex technical topics.
- Proven judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive documents and data.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, or other programming languages.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, validate data, and ensure operational consistency within the CRM environment.
- Experience with developing and manipulating data and reports, including creating and maintaining complex logic.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration.
- CRM data management and manipulation skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, or other programming languages.
Benefits
WPI offers a competitive salary grade 8, ranging from $62,500 to $76,000 per year, depending on experience. The position is exempt under FLSA and is part of WPI's commitment to equal opportunity and diversity.
