Enrollment Strategy & Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Enrollment Strategy & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will help shape and run the operational strategy behind a high-volume enrollment function within a healthcare technology environment. The position is focused on improving how enrollment work is organized, executed, measured, and scaled across multiple payer relationships. You will partner closely with product, customers, and external stakeholders to streamline workflows, resolve issues quickly, and strengthen the overall enrollment experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Contribute to the daily operations of the transaction enrollment program Continuously improve the enrollment playbook across multiple payers Interface daily with customers and payers to facilitate enrollments Develop a comprehensive content management system for enrollment processes Collaborate with product teams to enhance enrollment-related tools Establish and track performance metrics to exceed industry standards Resolve enrollment issues and manage escalations effectively Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in operational processes and program development Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Technical proficiency in automation tools and workflows Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in consulting or program management Systems mindset with the ability to identify and articulate process gaps Self-driven and resourceful with a strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to urgent needs Benefits Flexible working environment Opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams Exposure to cutting-edge healthcare technology Chance to impact the efficiency of healthcare enrollment processes Supportive and progressive company culture Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
