• Allow inbound inquiries to sit unaddressed while prioritizing administrative tasks.
• Rely on rigid call scripts or function in a high-volume call center environment.
• Attend community events as an observer rather than actively presenting and capturing leads.
• Devote most of your time to back-office responsibilities during periods of active enrollment demand.

Basic Requirements

• Located in Arizona with availability to work in a hybrid capacity.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience or other roles involving direct customer interaction.
• Background working with children or families (examples include schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or comparable settings).
• At ease making regular phone calls and supporting families through multi-phase processes.
• Solid verbal communication abilities with skill in establishing trust rapidly.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital systems for tracking leads.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience organizing or facilitating community events or outreach initiatives.
• Background in admissions, enrollment coordination, inside sales, or lead qualification functions.
• Academic study or professional background in communications, education, or a related discipline.

About Crossover
