You will reach out to new inbound leads within 24 hours to begin the admissions conversation by phone.

Presenting

You will present Unbound Academy's virtual education model and enrollment requirements using straightforward, accessible language.

Sustaining Follow-Up

You will sustain regular follow-up to guide families from inquiry through application and into enrollment.

CRM System Management

You will record every interaction in a CRM system with complete notes, defined next actions, and updated pipeline status.

Event Planning and Lead Generation

You will plan and facilitate local recruitment events in Arizona or Texas to introduce the school and capture prospective leads.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Allowing new inbound leads to sit unaddressed while you focus on administrative tasks
• Relying on scripted language or functioning in a high-volume call center style
• Attending outreach events without taking an active role in presenting or lead generation
• Dedicating most of your time to back-office responsibilities during periods of active enrollment demand

Basic Requirements

• Located in Arizona and available to work in a hybrid capacity
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a comparable customer-facing position
• Prior experience working with families or children (e.g., schools, tutoring, camps, childcare, or related settings)
• Confident making regular phone calls and walking families through processes with multiple stages
• Strong spoken communication skills and the ability to establish trust rapidly
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital tools for managing and tracking leads

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Background in admissions, enrollment coordination, inside sales, or lead qualification
• Experience organizing or delivering presentations at community outreach events or programs
• Academic background or coursework in communications, education, or a closely related discipline

Job Details

• This is a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term position
• The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record
• The compensation level for this role is $25 USD/hour, which equates to $50,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year
• The payment period is weekly
