You will describe Unbound Academy's virtual educational model and enrollment procedures in straightforward, accessible terms.

Follow-Up

You will maintain regular follow-up to guide families from inquiry through application and into enrollment.

CRM

You will record all interactions in a CRM with detailed notes, action items, and pipeline status.

Events

You will plan and facilitate local recruitment events in Texas or Arizona to showcase the school and collect new leads.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Allowing inbound leads to remain uncontacted while focusing on administrative tasks.
• Relying on rigid scripts or functioning like a high-volume call center representative.
• Participating in events passively without actively presenting or capturing leads.
• Dedicating most of your time to back-office responsibilities when enrollment activity is high.

Basic Requirements

• Located in Arizona and available to work in a hybrid capacity.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or another role with direct customer interaction.
• Experience working with children or families (such as schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or comparable settings).
• Confident making regular phone calls and supporting families through multi-step processes.
• Strong verbal communication abilities with a talent for building trust rapidly.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or digital tools for lead tracking.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification positions.
• Experience organizing or presenting at community events or outreach initiatives.
• Coursework or background in communications, education, or a related discipline.

Working with Us

• This is a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term position.
• The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
• The compensation level for this role is $25 USD/hour, which equates to $50,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
• The payment period is weekly.
