Enrollment Manager

About the role

As Enrollment Manager at Galen College of Nursing, you will motivate, lead, and support the enrollment team in meeting or exceeding quarterly new student enrollment goals. Your work will directly impact the next generation of nurses and help students pursue compassionate careers in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Understand the composition of the local market and competitive environment relative to Galen’s goals and objectives.
• Increase community presence and develop new recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives, including Enrollment Workshops, Open Houses, College Fairs, and Community & HCA Events.
• Develop quarterly admissions and financial aid forecasts; build, lead, and motivate teams to ensure enrollment goals are met.
• Evaluate and improve the student enrollment experience, ensuring timely, effective, and positive engagement with students and families throughout admissions, financial aid, and registration.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive, action-oriented enrollment strategy to manage applications through the enrollment process.
• Utilize CRM systems for monitoring metrics and reporting purposes.
• Oversee all aspects of admissions and financial aid enrollment operations, including hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Evaluate individual team member performance frequently through observations and coaching opportunities.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance feedback and action plans as needed.
• Assist the Operations Leader in improving day-to-day departmental processes.
• Assist in preparing accrediting agency reports related to Enrollment.
• Perform other duties to support campus administrative services, including assisting with graduation ceremonies and new student orientations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership experience with current best practices in enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, or registration preferred.
• Experience with process-improvement initiatives and leadership in change-management environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) required.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, integrity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external constituents.

Skills

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and occasional weekends.
• Ability to travel to local businesses, educational institutions, and other venues.
• Must be able to sit at a desk for up to eight hours at a time.
