About the role
Cambia is seeking an Enrollment and Forecasting Analyst or Senior Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at various locations across Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, North Dakota, and Montana. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the assigned location.
Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains corporate enrollment results and product performance reports for internal and external partners.
- Provides service to internal and external partners, including departments like Customer Service, Provider Services, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Underwriting, Strategic Communications, Product Development, Legal, Marketing, Executives, Brokers/Agents, State Regulators, BCBSA, DHS companies, and more.
- Engages in analytic activities to track trends over time, enabling senior leadership to make sound short and long-term strategic decisions.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with regulators and actively participates in analysis and projects company-wide.
- Analyzes internal performance data, market activity, and corporate strategy to deliver short-term and long-term forecasting at multiple levels, including companies, segments, and products.
- Prepares ongoing product enrollment and/or enrollment sensitivity modeling and gauges impact to Cambia products and/or lines of business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepares ongoing analyses to support Cambia's quarterly forecast planning sessions for each affiliate plan to generate short-term enrollment projections in preparation for corporate quarterly financial and/or operational reviews.
- Prepares in-depth product enrollment and/or enrollment analysis for management to make informed decisions.
- Represents the department in cross-functional activities that impact department operations and fulfills ad-hoc data requests.
- Mentors and supports members of Product Development, as well as other departments, in utilizing and interpreting data to create valid, useful information using the most current tools and processes.
- Leads Enrollment & Forecasting team in reporting process improvement specific to reporting automation.
- Leads enrollment data validation and investigation, and acts as primary contact for enrollment specific data warehouse correction activities.
- Prepares in-depth product enrollment and/or enrollment analysis for management to make informed decisions.
- Participates and/or leads monthly forecast meetings with Sales leadership and Plan Presidents to ensure proper staffing levels for operational departments as well as supporting all financial modeling based on membership.
- Represents the department to enrollment reporting, enrollment forecasting, and product performance.
- Maintains department specific database, including building and updating tables and security access.
- Represents Cambia internally and externally as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent related field and 3+ years job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and related work experience for the Enrollment/Product Forecast Analyst position.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent related field and 7+ years job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and related work experience for the Enrollment/Product Forecast Analyst Senior position. Master's degree preferred.

- Oversees process and ensures accurate delivery of all internal reporting and external filings.
- Utilizes business tools, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), as well as proficiency with data analytics tools, such as SQL, SAS, Tableau.
- Retrieves complex data sets from internal systems, such as Facets, to support ongoing enrollment analysis activities.
- Works independently, on projects and issues with medium financial and/or risk impact to the corporation.
Pay
- Enrollment and Forecasting Analyst: Range $76,500.00 – $103,500.00, Full Salary Range $72,000.00 – $117,000.00, Bonus Target 10%.
- Senior Enrollment and Forecasting Analyst: Range $92,700.00 – $125,400.00, Full Salary Range $87,000.00 – $142,000.00, Bonus Target 15%.
Schedule
No unusual working conditions. Work primarily performed in office environment. May be required to work outside normal hours. Travel may be required, locally or out of state.
