About the role
Cambia is seeking an Enrollment and Forecasting Analyst or Senior Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at various locations across Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, and North Dakota. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the assigned location.
Responsibilities
- Builds and analyzes business intelligence information for corporate enrollment results and product performance.
- Provides service to internal and external partners, including departments like Customer Service, Provider Services, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Underwriting, Strategic Communications, Product Development, Legal, Marketing, Executives, Brokers/Agents, State Regulators, BCBSA, DHS companies, and external customers.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with regulators and participates in analysis and projects company-wide.
- Prepares ongoing analyses to support quarterly forecast planning sessions and prepares enrollment trends by segment and/or product for strategy development.
- Prepares analytic reports and business recommendations to internal customers and evaluates current forecast and/or products goals based on current economic conditions.
- Works independently or collaboratively on simple projects and issues with minimal financial and/or risk impact to the corporation.
- Mentors and supports members of Product Development and other departments in utilizing and interpreting data to create valid, useful information using the most current tools and processes.
- Represents the department in enrollment reporting, enrollment forecasting, and product performance.
- Represents Cambia internally and externally as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent related field and 3+ years job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and related work experience for the Enrollment/Product Forecast Analyst position.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent related field and 7+ years job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and related work experience for the Senior Enrollment and Forecasting Analyst position.

- Analyzes internal performance data, market activity, and corporate strategy to deliver short term and long-term forecasting at multiple levels, including companies, segments, and products.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with regulators.
- Oversees process and ensures accurate delivery of all internal reporting and external filings.
- Utilizes business tools, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), as well as proficiency with data analytics tools, such as SQL, SAS, Tableau.
- Retrieves complex data sets from internal systems, such as Facets, to support ongoing enrollment analysis activities.
- Works independently, on projects and issues with medium financial and/or risk impact to the corporation.
Pay and Schedule
- Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is $76,500.00 – $103,500.00, the full salary range is $72,000.00 – $117,000.00 and the bonus target is 10%.
- North Dakota: The expected hiring range is $73,231.73 - $99,078.23, the full salary range is $66,273.48 - $106,036.49.
- Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is $92,700.00 – $125,400.00, the full salary range is $87,000.00 – $142,000.00 and the bonus target is 15%.
- North Dakota: The expected hiring range is $90,906.79 - $122,991.55, the full salary range is $80,716.23 - $133,182.10.
