Enrollment Counselors Remote Nationwide Now Hiring Enrollment Counselors across the US We are hiring Enrollment Counselors to support student enrollment growth across our academy network. If you have experience in consultative sales, call center or telemarketing environments, admissions, or student services, we want to hear from you. While a position may not be available at this time, we actively recruit on an ongoing basis. Enrollment Counselor positions are fully remote; candidates must reside in a state where Acceleration Academies is authorized to hire. The Role As an Enrollment Counselor, you will play a critical role in helping students begin their journey to graduation. Working remotely as part of our Marketing and Enrollment Team, you will guide prospective students and their guardians through the enrollment process with empathy, clarity, and efficiency. This full-time position is instrumental in helping Acceleration Academies achieve student enrollment growth objectives nationwide. Key Responsibilities Enrollment Engage prospective students and families through inbound and outbound outreach, including leads generated through district partnerships and marketing channelsApply a consultative, student-centered approach to understand student goals, address barriers, and support successful enrollmentOwn the full enrollment funnel, managing prospective students from initial inquiry through their first dayGuide students through application steps, answering questions and providing clear direction at each stageClearly explain school structure, program requirements, pacing expectations, and student responsibilitiesPartner with Document Processors to collect and verify required enrollment documentationMaintain accurate, real-time records of all outreach and interactions within CRM systemsConsistently meet or exceed assigned enrollment goals and performance metrics Lead Nurture and Engagement Proactively follow up with prospective students to maintain momentum and meet enrollment deadlinesIdentify and address barriers to enrollment by connecting students with appropriate solutions and resourcesMotivate students who may lack confidence or have had challenging prior educational experiencesHold supportive, honest conversations about life circumstances and the value of re-engaging with educationCollaborate with Document Processors, Registrars, and Academy Directors to ensure a seamless transition to the first day of schoolDemonstrate strong time management and maintain an organized, well-prioritized pipeline Advocacy Represent Acceleration Academies with professionalism and enthusiasm in every student and guardian interactionPromote the value of our mission and dropout prevention model to students and familiesSupport broader enrollment team objectives by taking on additional duties as needed Performance Metrics Lead-to-enrollment conversion rateLead response time (SLA adherence)Total new enrollments per monthDaily task completion and adherence to contact strategiesApplication completion ratesStudent show/start rate What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, or a related field preferredExperience: 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, call centers, or similar enrollment roles; consultative sales experience preferredSkills: Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time management skillsPassion: A genuine commitment to supporting students who have disengaged from traditional schooling and a drive to help them succeedTechnology: Experience with CRM or telemarketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Five9, RingCentral) preferredCompliance: Must pass state and federal background checksAuthorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Bilingual, Spanish preferredExperience in education, student services, teaching, counseling, or youth engagementFamiliarity with enrollment software and high-volume calling environmentsPersistence and follow-up disciplineComfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentPassion for working with opportunity youth or non-traditional learners Why Join Us?
