Touro University Worldwide (TUW) is seeking a motivated, bright, and intuitive individual to join our Enrollment Counseling team. TUW is a 100% online, non-profit university accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission, and is part of the Touro University System. Responsibilities

• Engage and serve as primary point of contact for inquiring students
• Conduct phone, chat, and email-based communication with prospective students
• Deliver program information and answer student questions
• Maintain effective follow-up strategies
• Identify and guide well-suited students through the admissions process: inquiry to enrollment
• Interdepartmental cooperation: Registrar, Educational Advising, Financial Aid, etc.
• Report to the Director of Enrollment Counseling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• 1+ years of Admissions and/or Sales experience

Pay

Minimum Salary: USD $55,000.00/year
Maximum Salary: USD $57,850.00/year
