Montclair State University’s Feliciano School of Business is seeking a Per Diem Enrollment Coordinator to support graduate business programs, including MBA, Analytics, and Accounting Programs. The coordinator will work closely with the Graduate Admissions office to provide critical support across student onboarding, enrollment management, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on program sequencing, course options, and scheduling logistics for prospective and newly admitted students.
- Advise prospective 4+1 students to discuss program eligibility and options.
- Manage and update 4+1 programs pipeline documents to onboard students.
- Plan, schedule, and present content during in-person and virtual information sessions.
- Track attendance, follow-up with participants, and assist with conversion to enrollment.
- Support recruitment events, executive speaker series, and new student orientations.
- Assist newly admitted students through orientation and first-semester registration.
- Code students appropriately in student systems and coordinate with advisors and the registrar to resolve registration issues.
- Monitor new student course enrollments and present program enrollment outlook reports.
- Analyze data, assist with classroom space planning, and manage course capacity.
- Generate combined bachelor’s to master’s (4+1) student reports and monitor and communicate with students in the pipeline.
- Support student progress and retention through proactive outreach, communication, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty, advisors, and staff to connect students with appropriate resources and support services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- One year of experience in higher education, student services, recruitment, or advising.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities independently.
- Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools preferred.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with students, faculty, and staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with graduate business programs or recruitment.
- Knowledge of course registration, enrollment reporting, and onboarding processes.
- Comfortable presenting at information sessions or events.
Schedule
Up to 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Flexibility will be required for occasional evening or weekend events.
Pay
$23.00-$26.00 hourly.
