We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Benefits, Schedule, Job Summary, Responsibilities, Qualifications, maybe Company Overview? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Given text: Benefits Bonus based on performanceCompetitive salaryEmployee discountsFree uniformsOpportunity for advancementTraining & development Benefits/Perks Excellent earning potential with a base pay & commissionsEmployee discounts on merchandise and training programs.Training and support to enhance your knowledge of firearms and self-defense techniques.Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing industry. We need to extract sections: Benefits, Schedule, Job Summary, Responsibilities, Qualifications, maybe Company Overview (but not required heading list includes "About the role" etc. Could include "Company Overview" as a heading? Not in list but we could still use

for any section heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Likely we should only use those headings if content exists. We have Benefits, Schedule, Job Summary (maybe "Job Summary" is similar to "About the role"), Responsibilities, Qualifications. Also we have Skills (within Qualifications). Could separate Skills as its own section? The posting includes Skills line under Qualifications. We could either keep Qualifications section with subpoints, or separate Skills. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Education, Certifications, Skills into Qualifications section. We also have Company Overview etc. Could be considered "About the company" but not required. Might be okay to include as a section but not in examples. Safer to omit if not needed? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. It does have content for company overview. Should we include? It might be considered "About the role" but it's about company. Could create a section "Company Overview". Not in examples but maybe acceptable. However they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. So we can add Company Overview as

    Company Overview

. But we need to decide. Also there is "Company Purpose/Mission" and "Company Values". Could be part of Company Overview. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from Benefits, Schedule, Job Summary, Responsibilities, Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Skills), Company Overview (including purpose/mission, values, franchise note). Also note the duplicated lines: there is some repetition of United Defense Tactical description appears twice. We should preserve but not duplicate? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate repeated sentences. The company overview appears twice with slight variations. We should combine into one cohesive paragraph without repeating same info. Let's extract each section. Benefits: The text: "Benefits Bonus based on performanceCompetitive salaryEmployee discountsFree uniformsOpportunity for advancementTraining & development Benefits/Perks Excellent earning potential with a base pay & commissionsEmployee discounts on merchandise and training programs.Training and support to enhance your knowledge of firearms and self-defense techniques.Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing industry." We need to format as list items. Benefits include: Bonus based on performance, Competitive salary, Employee discounts, Free uniforms, Opportunity for advancement, Training & development, Excellent earning potential with a base pay & commissions, Employee discounts on merchandise and training programs, Training and support to enhance your knowledge of firearms and self-defense techniques, Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing industry. Note some duplicates: Employee discounts appears twice (general and specific). We could keep both but maybe combine? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate. So we have Employee discounts (general) and Employee discounts on merchandise and training programs (more specific). They are not identical; one is generic, the other specific. Might keep both but could be considered duplication? Safer to keep both as they add detail. However "Employee discounts" generic may be covered by specific. Might drop generic to avoid duplication. But we need to preserve all substantive information; dropping generic loses info that there are employee discounts (though specific mentions). The specific already mentions employee discounts on merchandise and training programs, which implies employee discounts. So we could keep only the specific. However the generic may also refer to other discounts not listed. Safer to keep both? The instruction says remove duplicated lines, not necessarily similar but not identical. I'd keep both as they are not identical lines. But we also have "Benefits/Perks" heading repeated. We'll ignore. Thus Benefits list items: - Bonus based on performance - Competitive salary - Employee discounts - Free uniforms - Opportunity for advancement - Training & development - Excellent earning potential with a base pay & commissions - Employee discounts on merchandise and training programs - Training and support to enhance your knowledge of firearms and self-defense techniques - Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing industry We could also combine "Employee discounts" and "Employee discounts on merchandise and training programs" into one item with details, but that would be summarizing. Better to keep both. Schedule: text: "Schedule / Expected Work Hours In general, Sales Representatives can expect to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You may also be required to be on call or work overtime during busy periods or to address unexpected issues. Sales Reps are expected to work full 40-hour weeks. The facility is open the following hours:Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pmSaturday - Sunday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm" We need to put as prose

. Could also list hours as list? But instruction: use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Schedule is not a list of duties; it's hours. Could be prose. We'll put as

. Job Summary: text: "Job Summary The purpose of this role is to increase revenue by enrolling more customers into our on-site, membership based training program. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase our reality-based simulator, and provide informative tours of our facility." We'll put as

. Responsibilities: text includes bullet-like sections: Training demos, Prospecting, Nurturing, Updating the CRM. We'll format as

      • each. Responsibilities details: - Training demos: Every customer who enrolls in our program goes through a 90-minute training demo, facility tour, and membership offer. The process is extremely powerful and helps people understand the need for our training. You will be responsible for conducting these training demos and enrolling customers into our membership program. - Prospecting: Our marketing funnels generate qualified & interested prospects on your calendar automatically. However, when you don’t have tours, you can book more tours from a database of thousands of people who have registered for training but never completed the scheduling process. There is no shortage of opportunities to fill your calendar with opportunities. - Nurturing: Not everyone signs up on their training demo, but that doesn’t mean they won’t later. You will be responsible for nurturing these prospects into customers. - Updating the CRM: Our system is designed to create visibility and accountability. You should never miss
