Enrollment Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to engage prospective students through phone, email, and text to facilitate application and enrollment in a university program
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, supporting from initial inquiry through receipt of an admissions decision
• Manage full applicant funnel, meeting key benchmarks, metrics, and KPIs
• Meet regularly with the Enrollment Services Manager to monitor individual applicant status and overall pipeline progress
• Identify and communicate programmatic trends, applicant feedback, and enrollment insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Passion for education and helping people achieve their goals
• Customer service or sales background
• Strong relationship building skills over phone, text and email
