ENROLLMENT ANALYST

About the Role

The Enrollment Analyst oversees the credentialing and payer enrollment process for all Nevada and California hospitals and facilities, including FEDs, acute care, and behavioral health facilities. This role focuses on enrolling hospitals and healthcare facilities, reviewing licenses, insurance certifications, legal documents, managing correspondence with payers, and collaborating with hospital and facility executives/CEOs to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing and payer enrollment for Nevada and California hospitals and facilities.
• Review licenses, insurance certifications, and legal documents.
• Manage correspondence with payers.
• Collaborate with hospital and facility executives/CEOs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare credentialing/insurance enrollment experience.
• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue systems and operations.
• Experience with hospital credentialing systems and other major healthcare technology systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry systems.

Qualifications

• Technical School, 2 Years College, or Associate’s degree.
