About the role
Regional Multicultural Magnet School (RMMS) is seeking educators to help expand its highly successful K–5 program into the middle grades. This is a unique opportunity to help design and shape a middle school experience from the ground up, rooted in innovation, purpose, and possibility.
Responsibilities
- Build rich, interdisciplinary project-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and engagement.
- Collaborate with teams to plan, innovate, and respond to student needs.
- Support the whole child through a focus on executive functioning skills.
- Engage in high-quality professional learning opportunities, including Project-Based Learning, Multicultural Education, Bilingual Instruction, and Dual Language Innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Experience teaching English Language Arts (ELA).
- Strong commitment to multicultural education and bilingual instruction.
- Ability to teach in both Spanish and English.
- Experience with project-based learning models.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The school year runs from August to June, with a typical schedule of 180 days per year.
