Engineering Technician - 1st Shift

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Technician to support energy transformation efforts by performing moderate mechanical assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with production projects
• Provide technical support to production teams
• Develop and document manufacturing procedures
• Perform hands-on fabrication, inspection, and testing of products
• Contribute to process improvements
• Collaborate with maintenance and technical staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of assembly workflows and technical drawings
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
• Comfortable using MS Office and manufacturing equipment
• Capable of standing, sitting, and lifting for extended periods
• Flexible to adjust work hours as needed
