Engineering Technician 1st shift
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content.
We need to extract content.
Let's parse.
Company description: "Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company..." That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes job summary. The job summary: "We’re looking for an Engineering Technician to support our Engineering and Quality teams..." That's the role description. So we can put that under About the role
with
. Responsibilities: list under "What You’ll Be Doing". That's a list. Requirements: maybe "What We’re Looking For" includes education, experience, etc. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = education/experience; Qualifications = maybe specific technical proficiencies; Skills = soft skills. But we can combine if content thin. However we must not create sections with filler. We need to see if we have distinct content for each. Let's extract: Education/Experience: "Associate degree or technical school diploma (minimum two-year program) in a technical field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education" Experience: "Experience supporting CNC machining, manufacturing engineering, tooling, or production processes" Proficiency: "Proficiency with 3D CAD software, preferably Siemens NX" Proficiency: "Proficiency with CAM programming software; Siemens NX preferred, Mastercam accepted" GD&T: "Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)" Knowledge: "Knowledge of CNC machining processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods" Computer/organization/problem-solving/communication: "Strong computer, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills" Language: "Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English" Teamwork: "Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment" Nice to Have: list of extra. We could treat Requirements as education/experience; Qualifications as technical proficiencies (CAD, CAM, GD&T, CNC knowledge); Skills as soft skills (computer, organization, problem-solving, communication, English, teamwork). Benefits: we have Total Rewards Program description: comprehensive benefits, medical, dental, vision, EAP, wellness incentives, 401(k) with employer matching, development & progression opportunities, paid time off, competitive pay including eligibility for quarterly and annual bonuses. Also mention shift schedule: "Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday 7:00a-3:30p". Also mention possible overtime: "This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays." Thus we have Pay: "Competitive pay, including eligibility for quarterly and annual bonuses, depending on role and site." Also mention salary range? Not given exact numbers. The posting says "The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels." That's vague but still mentions salary range. However instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state competitive pay and eligibility for bonuses, and mentions salary range (though vague). That's enough to include Pay section. Schedule: we have shift details and possible overtime. So we can include Schedule. Benefits: we have detailed benefits. Now we need to avoid boilerplate: remove EEO, E-Verify, background check, drug screen, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove video link, "Why work at Chromalloy?" maybe part of About the role? But we can keep some motivational text? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Why work at Chromalloy?" paragraph is somewhat fluff but still substantive about company culture. It's not boilerplate; it's about why work there. Could be included in About the role or maybe a separate section? But we only have set headings; we could include it in About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Engineering Technician". We'll just have sections. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:
