We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about Rosendin, then "Your Next Opportunity" heading? Actually they have "Your Next Opportunity" then description of role. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to parse content: - Intro: "Whether you're a recent grad..." This is about company, could be "About the role"? Actually it's about company and why Rosendin. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use About the role for introductory description of role and company. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What You'll Do". That's responsibilities. - Requirements: The bullet list under "What You Bring To Us" (education, experience, registration). Also maybe "What You'll Need To Be Successful" includes competencies and knowledge; that could be Qualifications or Skills. We need to decide. The instruction: Use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content: - About the role: Intro paragraph(s) about Rosendin and the role overview. - Responsibilities: The list under "What You'll Do". - Requirements: Education, experience, registration (Bachelor's degree, 8 years experience, PE license). Also maybe field experience recommended. - Qualifications: Could be the "What You'll Need To Be Successful" list of knowledge, abilities, competencies. That seems like qualifications. - Skills: Could be specific technical skills list (knowledge of engineering processes, equipment testing, etc.) but that overlaps with qualifications. Maybe we separate: Qualifications = education/experience/license; Skills = technical competencies and abilities. - Benefits: The list under "YOU Matter - Our Benefits". Include ESOP, 401K, annual bonus, PTO, holidays, insurance, etc. - Pay: The pay range "$117,800.00-$154,600.00 Annual". Also note about pay range. - Schedule: Not mentioned; no schedule info. So we should not include Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, ADA, etc. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Travel up to 25%" maybe part of responsibilities? It's under "What You'll Need To Be Successful". It's a requirement about travel. Could be included in Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably under Requirements as travel expectation. But we can include under Responsibilities? Might be better to include under Requirements as "Travel up to 25%". However the instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content. Travel is specific. We could add a bullet under Requirements or maybe under Responsibilities? It's more a condition of employment. I'd put under Requirements as a bullet. Also "Working Conditions" description: we could include under Responsibilities? Not exactly. Could be under Requirements? Might be better to omit as not requested heading. Since we have no heading for Working Conditions, we could either drop it or include as a paragraph under Responsibilities? But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that info somewhere. We could add a section like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. The instruction says use headings for those specific ones; but we could still include other headings? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; but we could also add other headings if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. ...)". Likely they want only those headings. However we must preserve all substantive info; we could embed Working Conditions paragraph under Responsibilities or Requirements as a

. That's acceptable. Similarly "Travel up to 25%" could be a bullet under Requirements. Now we need to remove duplicated lines: The EEO statement appears twice; we remove. Also remove "Your Next Opportunity" heading? Not needed as we have our own headings. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Possess the ability to understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
  • Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
  • Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
  • Ability to communicate with Project Manager (PM) or Executive regarding effort required to accomplish an expected deliverables and project support; may include developing requests for additional services for submittal to the PM or Owner.
  • Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
  • Able to resolve a variety of complex problems (i.e. conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, difficult coordination requirements).
  • Supervise the coordination of the project with city, state, and county officials, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Attendance at project design meetings with the overall Design Build Team.
  • Job Site Visits to review installation or assess current conditions.
  • Perform Value Engineering studies.
  • Act as Engineer of Record for projects within their responsibility.
Note: The sentence "The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of. This is a partial listing and other responsibilities will be assigned based on the position's role within the business unit." We should keep that as a paragraph after list maybe. It's substantive. So after
    add

The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of. This is a partial listing and other responsibilities will be assigned based on the position's role within the business unit.

    Now Requirements:

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
    • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Engineering Experience.
    • Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.
    • Field experience is strongly recommended.
    • Travel up to 25% (does not include local field visits).
Also maybe "Education and experience can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience." That's a sentence; we can add as

Education and experience can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

after list. Now Qualifications/Skills: We need to decide split. Qualifications could be the list under "What You'll Need To Be Successful" that includes knowledge of engineering processes, ability to assume responsibility, etc. That's more like qualifications/skills. We could make Qualifications heading for the knowledge/abilities list, and Skills heading for maybe the specific technical skills list? But there is overlap. Better: Use Qualifications for the list of knowledge, abilities, and competencies (leadership, communication, teamwork). Use Skills for the specific technical knowledge list (engineering processes, equipment testing, etc.). However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called Qualifications (or Skills). But we need to follow headings list; we can include both if they have content. Let's see content: Under "What You'll Need To Be Successful" there is a long list: - Knowledge of engineering processes and calculations including load calculations, equipment layout, normal and emergency standby distribution, HV/MV distribution, lighting layout, lighting calculations, power and lighting controls, utility coordination, grounding, value engineering, applicable codes, and standards, is required. - Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning. - The ability to assume responsibility, interface, and coordinate with others. - The ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering problems. - The ability to oversee Electrical System Studies such as: Short Circuit, Overcurrent Protection, Arc Flash, Voltage Drop/Droop, and Underground Thermal Calculations. - Management skills are required, including work planning, resource management, fee development, staff oversight, staff development and advancement planning. - Knowledge of electrical construction sufficient to understand how design packages will be built. - Fluency with Building Codes and Local Codes in the local area of projects. - Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary - Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude - Effective oral and written communication skills. - Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player. - Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, Trade Partners and others Also earlier there was "Competencies Leadership - Ability to lead a diverse team of people to accomplish a goal.Communication - Fluency of communication in oral and written formats.Teamwork - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group to deliver an extraordinary result." That's similar to some of the above. We could combine all these into a Qualifications section. Thus:

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of engineering processes and calculations including load calculations, equipment layout, normal and emergency standby distribution, HV/MV distribution, lighting layout, lighting calculations, power and lighting controls, utility coordination, grounding, value engineering, applicable codes, and standards.
    • Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
    • Ability to assume responsibility, interface, and coordinate with others.
    • Ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering problems.
    • Ability to oversee Electrical System Studies such as: Short Circuit, Overcurrent Protection, Arc Flash, Voltage Drop/Droop, and Underground Thermal Calculations.
    • Management skills required, including work planning, resource management, fee development, staff oversight, staff development and advancement planning.
    • Knowledge of electrical construction sufficient to understand how design packages will be built.
    • Fluency with Building Codes and Local Codes in the local area of projects.
    • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
    • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
