Responsibilities
- Verify that integrated HW can achieve the overall physical, functional and performance objectives.
- Verify that HW are compliant to associated requirement documentation.
- Interface with customer and program key stakeholders to assure that the HW is properly validated before sending it to the field.
- Able to coordinate with personnel from different functional areas the needed resources for successful completion of testing.
- Production line subsystem and full missile integration and test planning.
- Conducting reviews (VMR, VPR, TRRs, etc.).
- Test and qualification planning activities.
- Subsystem design verification testing.
- Lab testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a STEM-related field with 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
- Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Troubleshooting experience.
- Candidate has 2-4 years Testing experience.
- Candidate has 1-2 years Validation experience.
- Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Testing experience.
- Candidate has 1-2 years User Acceptance Testing experience.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working virtually with distributed teams.
- Capable of working across multiple IPTs.
