Responsibilities
- Provide insights and recommendations to support the technical requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Install project specific software and files onto laptops and shared drives.
- Work on a tracking system for inventory deliverables (i.e., CDs, O&M manuals, tools).
- Cook up the digitization of existing O&M manuals with third party contractor.
- Maintain records and files.
- Review equipment drawings and specifications.
- Provide feedback to project managers.
- Learn about engineering systems and processes.
- Work on special projects and support with ad hoc analysis within the department.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
- The candidate should possess organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently while being an active team player.
Qualifications
- Matriculated in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least 2.5 GPA.
- Major(s) Preferred: Computer Science, Business Administration, Management of Technology, Architecture & Engineering, Information Science, Data Science, or related field.
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Independent work ability while being a team player.
