Role Overview: The Project Leader II drives new product development and innovation within high-tech systems, focusing on energy efficiency and performance. This onsite position requires leading cross-functional global teams to deliver advanced solutions aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, scope, budgets, and timelines; ensure compliance with project management processes; drive innovation to meet customer and business needs; oversee project reviews with leadership; create risk mitigation strategies and perform critical path analyses to optimize timelines and costs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with 3+ years in product development. Preferred experience with motors, drives, controls, and product lifecycle management. Strong project management skills, familiarity with tracking tools, and excellent communication abilities are essential. PMP or Six Sigma certifications are a plus. Additional Requirements: Ability to travel domestically and internationally; fluency in English; multilingual skills are advantageous. The role involves managing high-volume, technical projects and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.
