We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. The posting includes Position Summary, Scope/Supervision and Interaction, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Conditions of Employment (which includes export compliance, etc). Also includes company description, EEO, drug test boilerplate which we must remove.
We need to map content to sections.
We have no explicit "About the role" but we have Position Summary and Scope/Supervision and Interaction. Could combine into About the role.
Responsibilities: there is a big list.
Qualifications: there is a list.
Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications but we could put under Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include Skills if we have content. The posting includes many skill-like items: ability to lead, influence, delegate, etc. Could put under Skills.
Requirements: maybe similar to Qualifications? Could treat Qualifications as education/experience, Requirements as specific required experience? But we can combine.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". Benefits, Pay, Schedule: posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule. So we must NOT include those sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can format as lists.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, drug test, company description? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO paragraph, drug test, and maybe the company description "Parker Hannifin Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250..." as it's boilerplate? It's not exactly legal but could be considered company overview; but it's not required to preserve? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; does company overview count as substantive? It's more marketing; but could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove it. Also remove "Conditions of Employment" maybe we keep as it's substantive (export compliance). But we need to decide if that is boilerplate. It's a condition of employment; it's substantive. We'll keep it maybe under a section like "Requirements" or "Additional Information". But we have no heading for that; we could put under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". However, the instruction says use headings for those specific categories; we can also add other headings if needed? It says use

It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to stick to those.
Thus we need to map content:
- About the role: combine Position Summary and Scope/Supervision and Interaction.
- Responsibilities: the big bullet list under Responsibilities.
- Qualifications: education and experience requirements.
- Skills: maybe the abilities listed under Qualifications (like ability to influence, delegate, etc.) could go under Skills.
We must not lose any detail. Let's extract.
Position Summary text:
"Responsible to lead and manage the chemical process engineering function with significant process development investments, multiple engineering programs and teams, and long‐range business impact. Ensures that Division and business unit engineering objectives, contractual requirements, and customer expectations are met, including required program scope, cost and schedule constraints."
Scope/Supervision And Interaction:
"X Has Direct Reports Does Not Have Direct Reports Direct report to the Global Division Engineering Manager. Has direct reporting engineers and may have expert-level engineers on staff. Will include responsibility for supporting global process engineering functions at various regional sites. Has regular and frequent internal interaction with multiple business areas, program management, product development, regional plant process engineering Team Members, and Division and Group leadership."
We need to keep that exactly? It includes "X Has Direct Reports Does Not Have Direct Reports". That seems like a placeholder; maybe it's a formatting artifact. We should preserve as is? It's part of the posting. We'll keep.
Responsibilities list (each sentence seems a responsibility). Let's list them:
- Align engineering objectives and project plans with overall business unit or Division strategy.
- Develop plans for multiple project teams and determine resource allocation by reviewing technical proposals, internal and subcontract capabilities, and conferring with the Engineering team and Leadership.
- Work as part of the broader technical team to ensure deployment of resources to the various projects and programs based on priorities of the business.

Conditions of Employment:
"This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements."
We could place that under Requirements or Qualifications? It's a condition. Could be under Requirements.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug test, company description.
Now produce HTML.
Structure:
About the role
About the role
Position Summary ... Scope/Supervision ...
We can combine into onecontaining both paragraphs. Then
Responsibilities
- ... each responsibility
Qualifications
- ... each qualification bullet
Skills
- ... maybe extract skill-like items from Qualifications that are abilities: ability to apply..., ability to recognize..., ability to influence..., effectively delegate..., pursues..., mitigate..., create..., thorough knowledge..., recognized..., has strong facilitation..., makes effective..., effective speaker..., ability to respond... etc. But many of those are already in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could keep Qualifications as education/experience, and Skills as the abilities list. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we must not lose any. If we split, we need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Could we keep Qualifications as is (including education/experience and also the abilities) and not have a Skills section? That would be simpler and still preserve all info. The instruction says we can include Skills section if we have content; we can omit it if we prefer. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. That's three sections. That seems fine. Thus we will not create Skills section. We need to ensure we don't include Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now format. We need to preserve the exact wording? Not required to be exact but preserve all substantive information. We'll copy sentences. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "Responsible to lead and manage the chemical process engineering function with significant process development investments, multiple engineering programs and teams, and long‐range business impact. Ensures that Division and business unit engineering objectives, contractual requirements, and customer expectations are met, including required program scope, cost and schedule constraints. Scope/Supervision And Interaction X Has Direct Reports Does Not Have Direct Reports Direct report to the Global Division Engineering Manager. Has direct reporting engineers and may have expert-level engineers on staff. Will include responsibility for supporting global process engineering functions at various regional sites. Has regular and frequent internal interaction with multiple business areas, program management, product development, regional plant process engineering Team Members, and Division and Group leadership." We need to keep the line breaks? Not necessary. Now Responsibilities list: each bullet as
- . Qualifications list: each bullet as
- . We'll need to split the qualifications paragraph into separate items. The original is a paragraph with sentences separated by periods. We'll split at each sentence that ends with a period. Let's list: - Bachelor's degree (BS) (or Professional Engineer (PE) Certificate) in chemical engineering; Master's degree (MS or MBA) strongly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 12-15 or more years of related experience with at least 6-8 years in petrochemical, or specialty chemical processing industries, or similar. - Prior management-level team leadership of 6 years. - Comprehensive understanding of varied products, systems, and technologies represented by the Division or Group. - Proven track record of introducing new-to- market technology and/or product commercialization on a global scale. - Ability to apply and integrate knowledge of other related engineering areas or experts. - Ability to recognize, quantify, and effectively communicate the business impact of innovative solutions and value creation (e.g. potential profit, risks, and business impact of engineering investments and programs). - Demonstrated ability to lead the research and integration of new chemical processing technologies. - Ability to influence organizational and business strategies priorities, and functional objectives across
