What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a small team of mechanical engineers supporting product design and electromechanical assembly
- Act as a working manager, performing hands-on mechanical design and engineering
- Drive design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA) across injection molded, sheet metal, machined, and cast components
- Develop should-cost models and partner with supply chain and non-franchised buyers to support supplier negotiations
- Apply industrial and manufacturing engineering principles to support in-house production line development
- Support electromechanical integration, prototyping, and production troubleshooting
- Ensure disciplined use of PLM systems, revision control, and engineering change management
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong hands-on mechanical design background
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers
- Experience working with suppliers, sourcing, and cost optimization
- Working knowledge of PLM systems, revision control, and change control processes

Preferred locations are Phoenix Sky Harbor Office or Denver Panorama Office
Pay
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $130,100.00 - $168,795.00
