Seeking a skilled leader to oversee Equipment Strategy and Business Plan development, focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, and Environment (SQCDME) targets. Responsibilities Include Leading and supervising a team of equipment engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.Monitoring team performance, setting goals, and conducting reviews to ensure effectiveness.Resolving equipment-related issues through root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.Optimizing equipment utilization, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity.Fostering continuous improvement by encouraging innovative engineering approaches.Staying updated on emerging technologies to improve equipment performance and efficiency.Collaborating with cross-functional teams on equipment specifications and performance enhancements.Overseeing installation, upgrades, and modifications of equipment. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in Engineering.Minimum of 5 years’ project management and equipment experience.Proven ability to lead engineering teams and prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
