ENGINEERING/MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR(HOURLY POSITION $19.25/HR)
Summary
Aid in the division's administration by preparing and maintaining schedules, logs, records, and other documentation to ensure smooth operations and minimize liabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the division's administration by preparing and maintaining schedules, logs, records, and other documentation to ensure smooth operations and minimize liabilities.
- May assume the responsibilities of the Director of Engineering in their absence.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Requires advanced knowledge of the Building Management/Engineering profession, including experience managing people and complex problems.
- Requires investigating and analyzing current activities and/or information in a specialized field involving readily available data and indicating logical conclusions and recommendations.
- Requires supervisory skills.
- Ability to provide information and associated services to hotel management and guests.

- Frequency Key:
- Never = 0 hrs;
- Rare = up to 1 hr;
- Occasional = 1-3 hrs;
- Frequent = 3-6 hrs;
- Constant = 6-8 hrs;
Qualification Standards
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Experience: Two to three full years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organizations.
- Certifications: None required.
