Engineering Intern (Water)

Reporting to the Infrastructure group, you will support offices globally working from our Boston, MA office location. We’re entrepreneurs with a technical soul. Responsibilities

• Assisting with developing green stormwater infrastructure and site design, construction plans and details, design calculations, engineering estimates, and specifications
• Applying civil engineering principles to provide efficient, effective, economical and timely solutions to design problems in an interdisciplinary project environment
• Application of innovative sustainable engineering solutions
• Working independently evaluating, selecting, and applying standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications
• Perform assignments related to your sector
• Assist with preparation of detailed design for projects
• Support preparation of drawings from detailed notes and specifications
• Coordination with other technicians/engineers on projects
• Provide support to Senior Engineers and Designers as and when needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering
• Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

Skills

• Experience with AutoCAD is preferred
