Engineering Coordinator

Essential Duties

  • Setup new account numbers, create account documents, issue/share all documents with appropriate Operation Teams and Engineering
  • Track and publish billing change information
  • Issue all customer versions of addendums and track disposition
  • Notify Engineers to process signed addendums
  • Create new accounts in Payroll System
  • Execute closed account procedures for notification of appropriate departments
  • Process various Operations Forms
  • Update contract documents
  • Maintain all documents shared with Operations which may include Staffing Sheets, Contracts, SOW, etc.
  • Monitor Team mailbox for issues/requests and notify appropriate Engineer
  • Maintain/update various Engineering reports
  • Affiliate with special projects as needed

Requirements

  • 3 years previous administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office-EXPERT skill level required with Power Point, Excel, Word, and Adobe documents
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
  • Professional, confident, and patient personality
  • Detailed and time oriented. Organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and independently
  • Maintain positive attitude when direction or priority changes
