Essential Duties
- Setup new account numbers, create account documents, issue/share all documents with appropriate Operation Teams and Engineering
- Track and publish billing change information
- Issue all customer versions of addendums and track disposition
- Notify Engineers to process signed addendums
- Create new accounts in Payroll System
- Execute closed account procedures for notification of appropriate departments
- Process various Operations Forms
- Update contract documents
- Maintain all documents shared with Operations which may include Staffing Sheets, Contracts, SOW, etc.
- Monitor Team mailbox for issues/requests and notify appropriate Engineer
- Maintain/update various Engineering reports
- Affiliate with special projects as needed
Requirements
- 3 years previous administrative experience
- Microsoft Office-EXPERT skill level required with Power Point, Excel, Word, and Adobe documents
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
- Professional, confident, and patient personality
- Detailed and time oriented. Organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and independently
- Maintain positive attitude when direction or priority changes
