Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop products, machinery, and systems to meet organizational and societal needs.
- Implement and optimize processes for extracting, processing, and utilizing materials and resources.
- Develop new materials and technologies to enhance product performance and leverage advancements.
- Analyze the environmental and user impact of engineered products and systems.
- Supervise production, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including breakdowns and performance challenges.
- Estimate project timelines and costs, and support planning and budgeting efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's to Master's degree in any engineering discipline.
- 3–10+ years of professional experience in engineering.
- Active Secret clearance is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
