Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of sophisticated software, web, and hardware systems from initial specifications through rollout and maintenance.
- Integrate network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices to create cohesive, resilient solutions.
- Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools (e.g., MagicDraw, SysML) to develop and document system architectures.
- Ensure system designs are modular, scalable, interoperable, and maintainable, leveraging MOSA principles and DoD standards.
- Conduct technical trade studies, engineering reviews, and interface mapping to verify system interoperability and compliance.
- Translate organizational interoperability visions into practical, standards-based system designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage specifications, design, coding, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and architectural viewpoints to support Information Support Plans (ISP) and enable system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 0–10+ years of professional experience in systems engineering.
- Active Secret security clearance is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Experience with systems integration, MBSE methodologies, and tools such as MagicDraw and SysML is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with DoD standards and modular open systems approaches preferred.

Pay
Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
