Dev Ops Engineer - Secret

For our client, we are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer - Secret to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will support the design and maintenance of DevOps practices that improve build automation, deployment reliability, and operational consistency across environments. You will work closely with technical teams and internal stakeholders to document processes, troubleshoot issues, and strengthen day-to-day delivery support. The position also includes occasional travel within the contiguous United States and requires a strong security-minded approach. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $103,500 – $181,100 annually Responsibilities Design and maintain a DevOps framework for build server automation Develop documentation for DevOps processes Perform maintenance and troubleshooting across environments Provide technical support and training to teams and customers Support remote operations with occasional travel up to 10% within the contiguous United States Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field; preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT 5+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or infrastructure development Active Secret Clearance required U.S. citizenship required Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Salt Familiarity with containerized deployment architectures, including Kubernetes Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan Life insurance Flexible work schedules Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
