About the role
The role supports the engineering, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the enterprise end-user technology experience. It is a growth-oriented engineering role for individuals with a strong foundation in endpoint or end-user computing who want to deepen their expertise in Digital Employee Experience.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day engineering and administration of Digital Employee Experience platforms (e.g., Nexthink, ControlUp, Liquidware).
- Maintain dashboards, reports, alerts, and experience views for device health, application performance, and login experience.
- Investigate recurring issues and employee experience pain points with senior engineers and other teams.
- Develop and maintain scripts, automations, and remote actions using PowerShell and approved tools.
- Contribute to experience-focused initiatives such as OS upgrades, patching, software deployment, device management, and virtualization.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate across endpoint, OS, virtualization, service management, and support teams.
- Continue building technical depth in DEX platforms, endpoint management, automation, and enterprise engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, end-user computing, or a related technical role.
- Exposure to one or more Digital Employee Experience platforms.
- Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, Configuration Manager).
- Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and grow into increasing levels of platform ownership.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with Nexthink, ControlUp, or similar tools.
- Enterprise Windows 10/11 environments.
- Exposure to Citrix, Windows 365, or other virtual desktop technologies.
- Application packaging, patching, or endpoint automation experience.
- Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, or IT analytics.
- Understanding of proactive monitoring and experience-based support.
