About the Role
Responsible for responding to guest repair requests and resolving maintenance issues with minimal supervision. Performs preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, inspects machinery, and maintains inventory. Demonstrates advanced skills in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and operating HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Handles complex repairs safely, troubleshoots equipment, and trains other engineers. Uses computer programs for maintenance and energy management, and performs Engineer on Duty duties.

Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Vocational training
- Minimum 2 years of extensive maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Universal CFC certification
- Applicable licensing
