Engineer III

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain robust healthcare information systems for skilled nursing facilities
• Ensure seamless integration of electronic health records (EHR) and clinical applications
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve IT systems usability
• Implement and enforce security measures for patient data compliance
• Conduct security audits and risk assessments to enhance data protection
• Optimize telehealth solutions for remote healthcare delivery
• Support secure communication platforms for virtual consultations

Qualifications

• Experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, etc.)
• Proficiency in Windows Server management
• Knowledge of Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with Active Directory
• Desktop support and user support expertise
• Familiarity with Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, 11)
• Experience with PSA or RMM tools

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
